my friends licence has been invalid for about 2 months now. now he got the H1 extension approval he is waiting for. can he get his DL extension just by showing the h1 extension. or does he have to give the road test again. He lives in NJ.

we can come up with many excuses that would easily fall under "emergent personal or bona fide business reasons" category.
I thought we must get ready with some reasons, when using AP to re-enter US. I have come up with some of my own that I may use:
1) Grandpa or Grandma is sick (most common reason, perhaps no body uses it as a reason anymore)(bona fide personal reason)
2) Land dispute (bona fide business reason)
3) Parents home need urgent repair (bona fide business reason)
4) Water shortage problem (bona fide business reason)
My Wife was had to go to India for a medical treatment. The cost of the treatment is much less then here in the US (also most of the health insurance dont cover it). She plans to go back in the next few months, Is that a valid reason?

According to this data...once we get to Dec. 2005 - Jan 2006 PDs, we will hit a MAJOR MAJOR roadblock....

Is not paying a traffic ticket is state or federal record? If it is state, jut get a ticket do not pay it and just for the sake of it after 2 months go to Canada or Maxioco and try to come in. This will answer your own question when you re-enter..Wake up.. some has not to fax the entire case to feds.. this just automatic.. i m sure u r in IT and know how easy it is to get the records these days.. and no i do not have any access to any systems but everything is a public record if one has any..

Do you have to go thru an accountant to start a company?
I started an LLC earlier this year. Much easier and less risk with an LLC. It is still early to say whether the company will make it to higher grounds or not. But I sure am trying. I have me and my wife as manager members. No employees at the moment.

It bleeds us dry.
It bleeds the H1B program dry.
It is evident that the proponents of this bill want it that way.
Apparently the proponents see us as negative impactors to the US economy
Apparently the proponents see the business community that use the H1B program as not "Pro-American".
This is the beginning of protectionism.
This is the beginning of isolationism.
This is the beginning of blunting of America's competitiveness.
The proponents of this bill must go back to school to study rich European nations and find out why they do not have a vibrant economy like US has.
And the proponents of this bill must go back to school to know what makes US unique and vibrant.
After this if they still remain proponents, then GOD SAVE US!!!!!

I am suprprised if IV is working towards abiltiy to file 485 and hard country limit...Just want to know how IV is working towards these 2 items...
If any of these two wont show out in coming bill,..then I would say goodbye to IV..because all other items in bill were there without IV;s interaction....
Can somebody calrify if these options will anyway include in this bill..by means of ammendements...
This is like someone in Sri Lanka saying that "if I don't get a blanket within 12 hours of the Tsunami, I will quit the Red Cross."
How about thinking, "if these items don't show up in the coming bill, I will become a more active member and work towards getting these items to show up at the next opportunity"?
It is probably not a good idea to treat our voluntary organization as if it were our butler. We're all part of this; we didn't "hire" IV to do this job for us.
