My wife is apply for AP renewal. She has her AParole until oct, 2,2008. She is travelling to india this week for three weeks. Can she apply for renewal and travel to india. Is it legal or does it have any replications.
According to my lawyer, the person (in this case your wife) must be in USA until your wife's AP application is accepted. Basically your wife should not try to apply AP when the she is not physically in USA.
After the application acceptance, your wife can travel.

often times, i see that there are people who say India is getting better than US. Wages are going up. H1b is tiring. H4 dependents are not able to work.
but not once is the person posting the message declaring that he is leaving to India. He/She thinks that more "people from india will not come" . It is the person's ulterior motive that people from india should not come to US.
Actually those who have come here have invested too much time and energy and want to to go through the last few miles. Thats why they are not going back.

1. If you are in IT field, you don't even have a grasp of software development lifecycle and the part QA plays in it. A good QA cycle is essential for a good quality product. It is your ignorance about software development cycle that makes you say good QA guys are not an asset for a good product and they are not smart as developers.

US economy is designed this way, everyone will get their own share. No one bothers about optimizing the chain and reducing the cost. If they do that whole economy will collapse. I diagree with you...Indian film Industry have very good directors, They are no way inferior to Hollywood. Firstly you can't compre them with Hollywood because they have differen audiances...Hollywood have money power so their movies are technically better, but as far as quality of movies Indian film industry is very good...It caters to all tastes. There are Shyam Benegal, Basu Chaterjee, Govind Nihlani for people who like simple senseful movies there are Karan Johar, Yash Chopra, Mani Ratnam for expensive, hip hop movies. There's RGV, Hirani, Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra for different story based movies. In my opinion caters to wide variety you need to pick up by your taste...None of the Amitabh Bachans did any thing for slums,Danny Boyle Made a very good movie.I think the fact is Rehman is a prodigy no doubt about that, he makes very good music we all know that.As compared to Hollywood directors Bollywood directors are subpar with the exception of very few good ones. Movie business is controlled in India by few families,what ever the movies they make rest of the people will watch it.I dont want to open the bollywood can of worms.Movie directors in India are usually sons of Bollywood actors or some one related to Bollywood.
I am sure none of the Bollywood directors would ever be able to make good movies,they dont have a global outlook,neither the needed juice. usually Bollywood directors are some low key high school drop outs who have connections with mafia.

Bill rate? 70/30 basis?? Contract??? I would like the OP to report his employer to DoL. DoL and USCIS will kick both the OP and the employer. It is easy to get carried away saying that the employer is blood sucker etc. But very clearly, you should know that there can't be these kinds of contracts on H1. The employer knows that people who go to them are on thin ice, and so does the employee (employer is there to do business -- he is not running charity).
Maybe you guys want OP to go to DoL so that both the employer and OP get kicked out of this country (that is good for all of us) due to obvious immigration fraud.
To top it, OP goes on an offensive when people point of the bitter truth to him. This site should not promote illegal behavior, anybody seeking advise on these topics should be severely castigated, because they broke the law too (and they know it, just dont want to admit it). Or maybe we should encourage these people to report to DoL so that all of them can be punished for misusing the laws.
