I do have both Criminal attorney and Immigration attorney representing me, they say it should be fine. Again they say its upto the VO at POE. can I request the attorney to come to the airport during my POE time, so that i can request the VO to talk to my attorney?

The USCIS is required by regulations to issue a temporary EAD if they cannot process extension in 90 days. They, however, do not issue temporary EAD anymore in violation of the regulations. So if more than 90 days passed and you are still waiting, take an infopass and request IO to call service center where EAD is pending and request to follow procedures outlined in the USCIS memo

You can do it, you have the option to save the documents as pdf. From what I read from other users, sometimes USCIS website hangs and then you can request (by sending an e-mail) for the pdfs to be e-mailed to you. In either case I would recommend to use a PC with printer, it's more convenient.

You do not need a lawyer, I can guide you thru the process :) Yes, I know a few cases where plaintiff requested court to force the USCIS to issue EAD. Some people were waiting more than a year! Those cases were usually bundled with I-485 WoM. One case is well-known class action lawsuit Ngwanyia v.Ashcroft, No.02-CV-502 (D.Minn.). Government promised to issue EAD within 100 days for the class.

Looks like you forgot the intense pain of what you claim to be "agonizing 5 years" in no time. If DOL were so particular in doing things on time and keeping up their promises then it wouldn't have taken 5 years for your labor to clear. With all due respect, please stop telling us about DOL deadline...it holds no ground.
We understand Immigration Reform Bills being discussed currently and the need to focus on them...however, only thing we (BEC victims) are trying to put across is that if someone from IV does get the opportunity to speak infront of the congress, please don't forget to highlight the BEC mess (PBEC in particular). Labor certification backlog is one big part of the whole broken immigration system. It can not be isolated. Even if it is administrative problem we need the lawmakers attention to get it fixed.

What do you mean "heart, mind, soul, ethics were sold"? How do you know that? Just because someone called the U.S president "his president" does not mean he/she sold anything, let alone someone's soul and ethics. That is their right to call the U.S president his or hers.

Now out of that bunch many people prefer to go for permanent residency as permanent residency bring little bit stability in living and flexibility in employment and international travel. If one becomes a permanent resident of USA then also USA still only expects that person abide by the law of the land and do not involve in "anti USA" activity. It still does not expect "fidelity" towards USA in legal sense.There is no legal or social or political or any kind of pressure from USA or any governmental or non governmental institutes within USA on any particular person coming from other country to become its citizen. One can stay on permanent residency forever till death(At least based on current prevalent law) and legally work and s/he does not have to become a citizen for working legally. Was there a bill to create this category or this was decision taken by the USCIS.
Its a good move, I know that this initiative was started by an Officer from US Army whose interpreter was getting death threats for helping the US. When he saw that it was not an isolated incidence he started lobbying the state department to create a separate category. I have been following that story for a couple of months, but was not aware that a bill was passed to create a new category or visas. (i am sure, that USCIS cannot take a unilateral decision to add more visas or else why would we be begging for recapture bills)

I think that is an Open category and anyone who can show that their life is in danger in their Homeland can apply...For Iraq, since tehre are too many, they may be limiting 5K per year...

2. Experience required for the position
3. Did you get your MCA evaluated to US master's? If so, could you give the name of the agency?
4. Did you use experience gained from the employer to file EB2?
